Acquire scheduled appointments via outbound calls through the alignment of potential client's needs to our solutions
Effectively manage a robust sales pipeline that follow our systematic approach
Flexible, creative and willing to add ideas to our sales strategy
Effectively communicate a high level of business acumen with prospects
Consistently meet or exceed pre-assigned sales and activity targets
Strong desire for personal and professional growth and development
Required Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English and strong writing and grammar skills
1 to 2 years of successful phone outbound sales experience
Must be quality and detailed oriented, yet understand the level of detail appropriate for each situation
Coachable, willing to learn and adapt
Ability to follow a script initially but can personalize after practice
Confident and outgoing energy over the phone
Familiar with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce or other similar programs
Experience with using Gmail/Outlook and able to write email responses without scripts or templates in all cases
Experience in selling to U.S. based companies and CEO's
Familiar with IT for small business, cyber security, digital transformation
Base salary and commission that is commensurate with experience
