StepUP IT's origins go back to 2001, when company founder and CEO, Darrell Stepper, was working for a local IT integrator as their Engineering Team Manager, leading a team of more than 20 engineers. He decided to branch out on his own, knowing he could offer more personalized and customer-centric solutions.
In 2015 his company formally became a Managed Services Provider (MSP). In 2019 the Marketing Manager reached out to Simple Selling to inquire about our MSP lead generation services.
StepUp IT aspired to grow their managed services side of the business. They had been successful to a point with client referrals, but needed a more reliable source of leads.
They turned to Simple Selling to help with outbound business development, digital marketing, direct mail, and management of the process and direct labor involved.
The partnership results in over 19 of new managed services customers and counting in a little over 1.5 years. Considering long term retention, along with sizable MRR deals, this partnership was a game changer.
