Why is this role special?

  1. You will learn a LOT. As a BDR, you’ll drive lead generation for two Sr. SDRs. You’ll learn a lot about who the ideal buyers are, how experienced SDRs work their pipelines, how to follow our systematic process in our CRM consistently so that you will be very well prepared for the SDR position.
  2. Your income will grow fast. We have 3 sales job levels with BDR being level 1. You should expect to grow into SDR role within 3 to 6 months which means more income.
  3. Work with an extremely motivated team. Our team has included members from Honduras, Colombia, Nicaragua, the United States, El Salvador and Chile.

About the role

We're looking for a hard-working Business Development Rep (BDR) who is competitive, motivated and a fast learner. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of our early stage growth. You have had some previous outbound sales experience and aspire to be challenged and grow professionally.

BDRs are responsible for supporting 2 Sr. SDRs with lead generation and also with some cold-calling for appointment setting. It is heavy on researching, cold-calling and emailing.

To succeed you must be motivated, energetic, coachable, confident and goal-oriented. Your English must be fluent or near native and you need to have had a minimum of 1 year of recent outbound sales experience in order to be considered.

Salary & Benefits

  • $750 base + commission = $1,000-$1,200 on average

  • Drive new lead generation for our Sr. SDRs by conducting research
  • Update and manage key sales activities for Sr. SDRs in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

  • 6 months to 3 years of outbound sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proper work-from-home setup (good internet, headset, computer, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Coachable and fast learner
  • Strong desire for professional growth development


  • Full-time, Monday to Friday business hours, no weekends
