Why is this role special?
About the role
We're looking for a high-achieving Business Development Rep (BDR) who is competitive, has a hunter mindset and is a fast learner. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an early stage growth company, has some outbound sales experience and aspires to learn and improve.
BDR is a preparatory sales position that ramps up to the SDR role in 2 to 3 months. There is an appointment quota that steadily increases until you have proven capable, responsible and motivated to take on greater responsibilities.
You will work alongside an experienced SDR, must be coachable and ready to learn about lead research, our approach to outbound dialing, using LinkedIn and emailing.
