We're looking for a tenacious Business Development Rep (BDR) who has a hunter mindset. The objective is to set appointments via outbound cold-calls, emails and social selling
Must be experienced with cold-calling (at least 1 year), a fast learner and unafraid of rejection. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growth company in the technology sector, is motivated by commission, aspires to learn and improve continuously in their career.
BDRs receive a base monthly pay and also earn commission for "appointments realized" each month by the assigned client.
50-70% of the work day is outbound dialing and the rest is training, lead research, pipeline management, and a few meetings (not too many).
100% Remote job -- work-from-home!
