Business Development Representative - Job Opening [June 2023]

We're a business development and marketing agency that specializes in the IT and cybersecurity industry. We're a 5 year old company with people from primarily Latin American as part of our team. We appreciate you considering this remote position with us!

We're looking for a tenacious Business Development Rep (BDR) who has a hunter mindset. The objective is to set appointments via outbound cold-calls, emails and social selling

Must be experienced with cold-calling (at least 1 year), a fast learner and unafraid of rejection. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growth company in the technology sector, is motivated by commission, aspires to learn and improve continuously in their career.

BDRs receive a base monthly pay and also earn commission for "appointments realized" each month by the assigned client.

50-70% of the work day is outbound dialing and the rest is training, lead research, pipeline management, and a few meetings (not too many).

  • 100% Remote job -- work-from-home!

Salary & Benefits

  • Includes base pay + commission in U.S. dollars at beginning and mid-month deposits. Most earn between $1k-$2k per month.

Qualifications

  • 6 Months to 5 years of outbound sales/business development experience preferred
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hard-working, competitive and persistent despite lots of rejection
  • Proper work-from-home setup (good internet, headset, computer, etc.)
  • Self-disciplined, Independent worker who doesn't need constant micro-management once you proven capable
  • Coachable and fast learner, growth mindset
  • Team player, enjoys sharing useful tips and knowledge with others

 

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday business hours, no weekends
  • No weekends -- it's a flexible Monday to Friday schedule
