We're a U.S. based outbound sales and telemarketing agency that caters to the IT and cybersecurity sector. We're a 5 year old company that is 100% remote/WFH, with most of us based in Latin America.

The Lead Generation Specialist spends the majority of their day cold-calling C-level executives to invite them to attend a local business event and to ask a few basic qualifying questions. Top performers will earn the opportunity to become a BDR for appointment setting within 2 to 6 months, which earns both a higher base salary and commissions.
Aside from cold-calling, other tasks include LinkedIn outreach, participating in team training and taking courses preparing for the appointment setting role.
BDRs are not afraid of rejection, are excellent communicators and they are relentlessly focused on their job responsibilities.
