Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

We're a U.S. based outbound sales and telemarketing agency that caters to the IT and cybersecurity sector. We're a 5 year old company that is 100% remote/WFH, with most of us based in Latin America.

If generating income through a base salary and commission motivates you, we want you to bring that energy and motivation to our team.

About the Role

The Lead Generation Specialist spends the majority of their day cold-calling C-level executives to invite them to attend a local business event and to ask a few basic qualifying questions. Top performers will earn the opportunity to become a BDR for appointment setting within 2 to 6 months, which earns both a higher base salary and commissions.

Aside from cold-calling, other tasks include LinkedIn outreach, participating in team training and taking courses preparing for the appointment setting role.

BDRs are not afraid of rejection, are excellent communicators and they are relentlessly focused on their job responsibilities.

Our Offer

  • Monthly base pay + commissions. The amount is commensurate with experience.
  • Training and coaching will be provided
  • Opportunity for promotion to BDR (appointment-setting) in 2 to 6 months. Sr. BDRs earn higher base and commission, paid vacation, health stipends and other benefits.
  • Deposits are beginning of the month and halfway through the month through tools like PayPal, Wise or Xoom.
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends OFF

 

Qualifications

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1)
  • Proven success with appointment-setting or cold-calling -- minimum duration of 6 months to 2 years
  • Proven to be a hard-worker, competitive and possesses a go-getter attitude
  • Proper work-from-home setup (good internet, headset, computer, etc.)
  • Great communicator and upbeat tone of voice
  • Possesses a growth mindset
  • Commitment to our core values of integrity, humility and professionalism
  • Prefer you have experience using CRMs like HubSpot/Salesforce/Phone Burner and with social networks like LinkedIn

 

Schedule

  • We have both full time and part-time positions available
  • Monday to Friday
  • Primarily EST./New York time zone (GMT-5)
