We're looking for a tenacious Business Development Rep (BDR) with a hunter mindset. The objective is to set appointments via outbound cold-calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Must be experienced with cold-calling (at least 1 year), a fast learner and unphased by rejection. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growth company in the technology sector, is motivated by commission, aspires to learn and improve continuously in their career.
BDRs receive a base monthly pay plus commission for "appointments realized" and for closed-won deals by our client.
70% of the work day is outbound dialing and the rest is emailing, pipeline management, and meetings/training.
Hours are United States EST (eastern standard time), 9:00am to 5:30pm
